Detoxification of the skin by sweating techniques:

It is through the sweat glands of the skin that sweat, acidity, toxins and waste are eliminated.

To be able to detoxify the skin, you need to sweat.

The more you sweat, the more you eliminate pollutants.

To do this, you can practice all the techniques that lead to sweating: sauna, hammam, hot or hyperthermal bath, physical exercise, steam bath on the face (once a week)...
