1 - Gemmotherapy

Gemmotherapy is a branch of phytotherapy that uses buds and young shoots of trees and shrubs prepared in a fresh state by direct maceration in a mixture of water, alcohol and glycerine.

The embryonic tissues of plants (buds, young shoots, etc.) contain all the power of the future plant.

They contain more nucleic acids (genetic information) than other tissues, but also growth hormones, vitamins, trace elements, minerals and notably the sap of trees.

This soft therapy is used internally, the dosage is variable according to the desired effects and the terrain.

The doses proposed here are indicative: from 10 to 15 drops per day, pure (keep 20 seconds in the mouth under the tongue) or diluted in a small glass of water 15 minutes before a meal for 21 days.

A two-month treatment with a one-week break every three weeks is recommended.
