4 - The value of sport

Exercise is one of the most important things we can do to feel better in both our minds and our bodies.

It improves quality of life, mental health, well-being and sleep.

Sport helps to fight against stress, frees us from the accumulated impact of harmful emotions that weigh on our bodies.

Doing sports allows us to sweat, to oxygenate ourselves and to eliminate certain toxins from our body and from our skin in particular.

Sport helps to fight acne and here are its benefits:

1. Improve circulation:

During exercise, the heart pumps harder, even the smallest capillaries (tiny blood vessels in the skin) and thus receives more blood.

This gives the skin a rosier, fresher color.

In addition, the body's immune system is strengthened.

As a result, acne inflammation can occur less frequently.

2. Provide more oxygen:

As the sessions progress, we improve our breathing.

The amount of air the body breathes increases and breathing more air means our body receives more oxygen.

The number of blood cells increases, the heart works better and the organs are better supplied with blood.

Blood pressure, blood vessel vitality and tissue vitality improve.

And this effect is naturally good for our skin too.

3. Reduce stress:

Exercise reduces the levels of stress hormones in the body and naturally, acne decreases.

Under stress, there is an increase in cortisol secretion, which causes an increase in sebum secretion and promotes acne formation.

Regular physical activity increases the secretion of serotonin (the hormone responsible for well-being) and dopamine (the happiness hormone) and reduces the secretion of cortisol (the stress hormone).

4. Cleanse the body:

Sweating has positive effects: the pores open and excess sebum and dirt are naturally eliminated.

To do this, I recommend 3 one-hour sessions per week or 30 minutes of walking every day.
