2 - Follow the rotation diet



The main purpose of this diet is to find out which frequently consumed food(s) trigger your acne.

If you avoid the foods you used to eat often in the past, you may feel better.

However, you have to be patient, because it doesn't happen overnight.

It often takes a few weeks or months.

You may experience unpleasant reactions again the day you reintroduce these foods.

Here is some additional information about the rotation speed:

  • Caution: do not reintroduce foods that cause problems overnight. In fact, some people may react with even stronger symptoms than before.
  • Rotation and avoidance diets are not a treatment tool, but a way to reduce the severity of symptoms related to food sensitivities.

Respect the protocol

To follow the rotation diet, you will have to compose your menus according to 3 typical days called A, B and C.

To compose your menu, please name your days of the week as follows:

  • the first day : Day A
  • the second day : day B
  • the third day : Day C

The most important thing is to follow the days in this order.

After 3 days, you must start again on Day A.

For example, if you start this protocol on Monday, that day will be named Day A, Tuesday Day B, Wednesday Day C.

Thursday will then be Day A, and so on.

This is called rotation.
