2 - Skin care

1. IMPECCABLE HYGIENE

Change your pillowcase, wash your makeup brushes at least once a week, avoid holding your phone to your cheek, touching your skin with dirty hands or having your hair stuck to your face.

2. CHOOSE YOUR COSMETICS CAREFULLY

We always select non-comedogenic formulas (i.e., those that do not clog pores or promote the appearance of pimples/blackheads).

Acne-prone skin should be treated with care, as should sensitive skin.

Oils, honey, aloe vera... We must favor natural care products that soothe and regulate the skin in depth, as opposed to chemical creams that have an ephemeral and superficial effect and are more drying than anything else.

3. TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN

Acne-prone skin requires special care and attention, the use of the wrong products or inappropriate gestures can aggravate acne.

You must take the time to massage your skin, offer it a real sensory care ritual and above all let it breathe!

You must also be patient. You have to wait several weeks to really judge the effectiveness of a product/routine because the skin takes an average of 28 days to regenerate.
