Who am I?

Currently, hormonal acne affects a large number of women around the world.

Many women today have testified to the impact of this disease on their daily lives and the repercussions on their mental health.

We realize that one of the major consequences of this disease is to stop taking the pill.

But many people do not know that this decision is not the primary cause of hormonal acne.

Of course, we know that stopping the pill causes hormonal disruptions and that it can take several months to return to natural estrogen and progesterone production.

And several months with massive inflammations on a woman's face is hard to bear: our image is modified, we lose self-confidence and the gaze of others becomes increasingly difficult to bear.

So what could be better than taking the pill again to feel better in one's body again? .... but what are the effects on health, on the organism, on the mind?

It is important that each person can freely and consciously choose behaviors and decisions that are favorable to her physical and mental health and we cannot judge anyone for the choices they make.

But I will insist here on the power of communication, education, pedagogy, prevention and benevolence in the changes we wish to make in our lives for our health.

Naturopathy is at the heart of the health system. In collaboration with the medical profession (gynecologist, endocrinologist, dermatologist,...), naturopathy comes as a complement to teach people how to take care of themselves to avoid being in bad health, and comes to accompany the difficulties and the pathologies.

In a first intention approach, naturopathy gives the necessary tools and advices to have a better life hygiene, to be conscious of what happens inside our body, encourages us to refocus on ourselves and to work on the physical as well as the mental sphere. It makes us understand who we are as a whole.

Setting aside time to take care of ourselves on a daily basis is essential.

To fight against hormonal acne, it is necessary to change one's lifestyle by adopting healthier habits and regain vital energy.

These changes are not so easy to make, they require time, commitment and compliance. But with patience, the results are there.

So there are many different ways to approach hormonal acne and in some cases, they can be solved by a change in lifestyle, by approaching the disease from a different angle.

Prevention and education, using hygienic and dietary advice as well as the use of natural products can help cure hormonal acne: and many of us can testify to this success.
